Prior to consultancy, Simon held sales, management and training roles througout the UK, China and much of Europe and Asia. This variety of experience developed an interactive style that enables Simon to connect well with people at all levels.
As a consultant, he combines training activity to develop the skills of leadership and high performance team behaviours. He has worked with a range of organisations from Merrill Lynch, City, Aon, BT through HM's Armed forces and sole traderships.
Simon's also author of ‘Teams Unlimited’ of the acclaimed book that deals with application of seamanship skills to modern day business management. His enthusiasm, humour and energy ensure that interventions with him are an enlightening and inspiring experience.
