Races and Regattas
Sailing is the only sport where you can compete alongside Olympic Champions and World Record Holders. You can race in some of the world’s most famous sailing regattas – Cowes Week, Round the Island Race, Spirit of the Sea Weymouth (home of the 2012 olypic sailing events) the King’s Cup (Thailand) to name a few.
Believe us, the post-race parties have a real buzz and when you now what racing is really like from the water rather than just watching from your arm chair it will all be so much more fun!

Create your Own Sailing Competition
If you want all the thrills of racing, but without the restrictions of dates and locations that come with official competitions, we’ll put together your own regatta for you to race in. Whether you have a team you want to reward, or clients you want to get to know better, pitching teams to race competitively is guaranteed to get everybody motivated and involved.
Land Challenges
If you like the idea of an NMI experiance but really don’t want to go to go to sea, try one of our land based challenges. We have developed a range of specialist alternatives that incorporate the whole team. Collaborative and or competitive elements.

From building you delegates antisipation and handling thier concerns through travel, food, accommodation, learning support and much more. We'll ensure that you sail in the most beautiful locations, moor in the best marinas and dine at the finest restaurants.
Weather Contingency
We select our locations carefully so that most days we can get you out on the water, but if it is unsafe we have contingency to undertake alternative challenges.And it's not just bad weather that can have an impact, so we have a range of boat based activities that can be used on days when there is no wind!
Safety and Insurance
We have conducted thorough risk assessments and so are able to help you stay safe. Safety equipment on boats in the UK is certified to DfT standards. All our skippers are YachtMasters trained and licensed by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency and NMI to sail with inexperienced crews and support your outcomes. Unlike many sailing based training companies, we carry comprehensive insurance cover protecting you against personal injury on the water.
