Simon Coates - Training Consultant

Prior to consultancy, Simon held sales, management and training roles throughout the UK, China and much of Europe and Asia. He's been a professional sailor and worked alongside some of the world's top occupational psychologists in developing new approaches to Team Development. This variety of experiences has led to an interactive style that enables Simon to connect with people effectively at all levels.

As a consultant, he combines the latest in training practice alongside activity learning to develop and deliver the skills of business development and high performance team development. He's worked with varied companies from City finance through HM's Armed forces to sole traders.

Simon's also the author of ‘Teams Unlimited' - the acclaimed book dealing with the application of seamanship skills to modern day business management. His enthusiasm, humor and energy ensure that interventions are an enlightening and inspiring experience.
