NMI talk about interventions because we really want to make a change and training tends to be associated with a classroom event! We start by looking at your 'real' working situation, your real world. Then we look at what outcomes will make a 'real' impact upon your business performance.

Intervention costs are broken into:

Development -  understanding where your at / what your Key Performance Indicators are / what you already have 
Delivery - Workshop - activity event - systems

NMI will provide a FREE training needs analysis

From this your point you will be invited, without commitment, to work with NMI according to your desire.

    

  • Hourly rates from:     £ 35.00

  • Daily rates from:      £ 250.00

Includes:
  • Workshops designed to the individual and cultural needs of your business and staff
  • Courses will comply with statutory law and inclusive practice
  • Mileage costs within a 20 miles of Weymouth Dorset FREE - (else 40p/mile)
  • NMI will work with your learning stakeholders (internal & external) to delivering outcomes that work in-line with your business goals & objectives!
