Day 1
| 08.30 Breakfast | Onboard or at nearby facility. Team assigment & safety briefing |
| 09.00 Yachts departs | Instruction phase. Start sailing and developing new Team Behaviours |
| 13.00Lunch | At anchor or moored taking lunch ashore pubs, yacht clubs training rooms |
| 14.00 | Back to sea and put more HPT behaviours into practice |
| 16.45 | Return to port for drinks/prize giving and agree commitments to transfer to workplace Transfers / depart at leisure |
