A 1-day program that allowed delegates to experience being part of a high performance real in a real team environment was used.
Team members, with known relationship issues, worked on the same boat. Using a sailing challenge designed to require team members to work closely together in collaboration with clear communication - that without which, a yacht could not reach its destination effectively.
With carefully facilitated discussions we helped delegates experimented with their new roles and behaviours. 
Structured regular feedback and challenging coaching led to clear strategies that improve performance.
