BACKGROUND - Customers and communities demand that businesses operate in a responsible ways. Corporate accountability and community responsibility should be a key issue in the strategic plan of many businesses. HOW NMI HELP : We will facilitate a workshop designed for your managers and staff focussed upon assessing your business performance and areas for  improvement:

Your Business: We explore your values and expectations. Together we identify what is good and agree what needs to change, by how much and by when. The starting and ideal end point is identified in terms of knowledge, skill sets, attitude and performance. Identify and agree "Change Levers" and metrics to monitor.

Your Community: We will use a community project as a practical vehicle to show how the application of new team and the C.S.R. Framework can make sustainable changes to your business:

We will set up a community project that your managers and staff will take complete responsibility for. We will provide all the support you need in order to achieve your objective. Project will be facilitated by experienced qualified and experienced in community project and team development.

We facilitate the debrief and give everyone individual feedback on their role and performance. They will receive a development plan for the next 12 months.  Can be use as part of INDUCTION / MDP

PROJECT EXAMPLES :

Wendy House : Delegates built a children's play house which was filmed by Granada TV as they fundraised over £2,000 worth of materials from local suppliers.

Fundraising:  Delegates fundraised £2000 for a children's hospice in 24 hours. Many delegates continue to supporting the  CLIC Foundation.

Play Area: Delegates built a shelter, sandpit and other equipment for a special needs school.

Nurses Station : Delegates helped refurnish a children's ward.

Garden Landscape: Delegates designed and created a garden landscape for a residential home. The project was valued at over £20,000.

Community Projects engage with the emotions and feelings of delegates. This experiential approach enables learning to reach deeper levels of consciousness than conventional classroom training.
